Thank you for visiting our website and welcome to the Cathedral of Saint Peter! 

We are a catholic parish in Kansas City, Kansas and the seat of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas. As the Archdiocesan See, our Cathedral is the parish church of the Archbishop of Kansas City, the Most Rev. Joseph F. Naumann. Because of this, the Cathedral houses the Archbishop’s cathedra or chair, his seat of authority. 

Though we are a cathedral, we are also a vibrant, active, and diverse parish community. We are so blessed to have a beautiful church which allows us to gather for our Masses and other devotions and have our minds and hearts elevated to worship Almighty God! As the Cathedral, everyone in the Archdiocese of Kansas City can call our parish their Cathedral and feel a claim to our parish as their Mother Church in the Archdiocese. 

If there is anything that we can do assist you in your faith, please contact us! We offer Masses, the Sacraments, catechesis, and many other ministries and services in English and in Spanish.

Somos una parroquia católica en Kansas City, Kansas y la sede de la Arquidiócesis de Kansas City en Kansas. Como La Sede Arquidiocesana, nuestra Catedral es la iglesia parroquial del Arzobispo de Kansas City, el Reverendísimo Joseph F. Naumann. Por eso, la Catedral es la casa de la cátedra o silla del Arzobispo, su sede de autoridad.

Aunque somos una catedral, también somos una comunidad parroquial vibrante, activa y diversa. ¡Somos tan bendecidos de tener una iglesia hermosa que nos permite reunirnos para nuestras Misas y otras devociones y elevar nuestros corazones y mentes para adorar al Dios Todopoderoso! Como la Catedral, todos en la Arquidiócesis de Kansas City pueden llamar a nuestra parroquia su Catedral y sentirse parte de nuestra parroquia como su Iglesia Madre en la Arquidiócesis.
