In the Sacrament of Confirmation, the baptized person is "sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit" and is strengthened for service to the Body of Christ. Through reconciliation (confession), when we confess our sins, we receive God's forgiveness for our sins. Jesus' healing grace is given through aboslution by the Priest. Find Confession Times here and How to go to Confession here.
The Sacrament of Communion or the Eucharist is the real presence of Our Lord Jesus Christ. The baptized person receives Christ, body, blood, soul and divinity. Learn more about the Eucharist here.
